As a Research Manager at YouGov, you’ll deliver sharp, actionable insights to some of the world’s biggest names in tech and social media. This role is perfect for someone who’s confident navigating client relationships, managing complex fieldwork, and turning research into real-world impact—all within a team that’s known for methodological excellence.
Here’s a breakdown of what you’ll do (not all of it, just the important stuff):- Work directly with clients to understand their needs and recommend tailored research approaches
- Oversee fieldwork from start to finish—managing suppliers, timelines, incentives, and quality control
- Analyze survey results and craft reports that highlight key insights and next steps
- Present findings and recommendations with clarity and confidence
- Ensure client satisfaction while maintaining YouGov’s high standards of ethics and professionalism
- Experience delivering insights from survey research projects
- Strong analytical thinking and ability to turn data into meaningful stories
- Proven track record of managing deadlines and juggling multiple priorities
- Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
- Ability to present findings to clients clearly and confidently
- Creative problem-solving skills and adaptability in fast-paced environments
- Experience managing external research suppliers and fieldwork logistics
- Familiarity with research methodologies and sampling/weighting techniques
- Comfort working with clients in the tech or digital industries
- Prior experience using tools for survey analysis and report creation
For roles based in California, New York, Colorado or Washington State, the base salary hiring range for this position is $90,000 - $95,000 USD
Compensation offered will be determined by multiple factors including location, job-related knowledge, skills and experience.
