Execute feasibility studies and innovation roadmap projects on (sub)system levelYour Main Tasks and Responsibilities Are:1. Develop and validate new concept production to meet customer quality and delivery requirement
2. Define problem, collect data and analysis problem, draw valid conclusion, find solution.
3. Define study items timing plan
4. Innovation idea collection
5. Conduct DFMEA / Tolerance stack
6. Cooperation with other departments.
7. Perform Benchmark analysis
8. Undertake other tasks required form management
Bachelor's degree or above in Automotive or Mechanical Engineering (Master Preferred)
->5 years working experience on vehicle moving parts or glass & headliner design experience (Preferred)
- Familiar with CATIA, familiar with KIN，can complete KIN creation and analysis independently
-Good skill for English
-Good communication skills with cross function team
-Good cooperation and experience with OEMs. (Preferred)
