Job Summary :
This position is focused on providing solutions to the Data Research team to enhance and optimize workflows through the use of automation and AI integrations. You will think outside the box and innovate to assist the Data Research team with data quality through existing and new tools.
What You'll Do:
- Advanced Workflow Optimization: Lead the implementation of enhanced workflows that optimize research operations and eliminate bottlenecks.
- Tool Customization & Development: Collaborate with internal teams to customize and improve the research tools, systems, and platforms, ensuring they meet evolving needs.
- Data Analysis & Insight Generation: Conduct in-depth data analysis to generate actionable insights, improving research outcomes and supporting data-driven decision-making.
- Automation & AI Integration: Work with engineering and IT teams to incorporate automation, AI, and machine learning solutions into research processes.
- Mentorship & Training: Mentor junior team members (Level 1 specialists), providing guidance on best practices, tools, and problem-solving approaches.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as a key point of contact between the Research Enablement team and other departments, including Data, IT, and Research teams.
What You Bring:
- 4-6 years of experience in a research support, enablement, or data analysis role
- Excellent experience in Data work flow automation
- Excellent experience in Python, Sql and scripting language
- Good experience in data visualization tools like PowerBI , Tableau
- Should have experience in data and cleaning techniques
- Critical thinking and problem-solving
- Ability to interpret complex data sets
- This position will work from 1pm to 10pm IST with an hour shift during daylight savings time to have partial overlap with US Research teams
