Research, develop, and reformulate instant noodle and sauce/seasoning products from concept to commercial launch.
Conduct bench-scale and pilot-scale trials; document results and prepare detailed reports.
Evaluate raw materials and ingredients; liaise with suppliers for ingredient specifications and technical information.
Perform sensory evaluation and shelf-life studies; assist in setting product specifications.
Prepare and review product formulas, ingredient declarations (100% breakdown), and technical documents in accordance with Thai FDA and relevant export market regulations.
Support process scale-up and production trials in coordination with Production and QA teams.
Monitor industry trends and competitive products; identify opportunities for product innovation and cost improvement.
Maintain laboratory records, sample libraries, and documentation in compliance with GMP/HACCP standards.
Coordinate with Marketing and Sales to translate consumer/customer requirements into product briefs.
Skills Required
