About the RoleThis role sits at the intersection of research and creative strategy. Working closely with the founder, the Research Associate will be responsible for producing high-quality, concise scripts for solo and guest episodes. Beyond scripting, the role involves contributing to guest research and outreach, and helping shape the podcast's broader editorial strategy.
The ideal candidate will bring an interest in areas such as media, storytelling, and communication, along with the ability to translate complex ideas into engaging content.
What You'll DoResearch and write concise, high-quality scripts for both solo and guest podcast episodes.
Conduct in-depth research on guests, their work, and relevant subject matter to inform episode content and questions.
Support guest outreach and coordination.
Contribute to shaping the podcast's broader editorial strategy and content direction.
Translate complex, technical, or interdisciplinary ideas into clear, engaging narratives for a broad audience.
2 - 4 years of relevant experience.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Science, Humanities, or related disciplines.
Proven experience in research and writing.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Strong critical thinking abilities.
Ability to align with and understand the founder's vision.
Exposure to or training in interdisciplinary subjects.
A generalist mindset, with a deep interest in science and technology.
