ABOUT THE ROLE

The  Research Assistant will conduct research, analyze data, and develop funding proposals to support CRECA’s mission and enhance financial sustainability.

 

WHAT YOU WLL DO

§  Identify funding opportunities and draft high-quality grant proposals to secure financial support.

§  Collaborate with partners, donors, and internal teams to align proposals with funding requirements and organizational goals.

§  Prepare concept notes, reports, and presentations to communicate research findings and project outcomes.

§  Ensure proposals meet donor guidelines, submission requirements, and quality standards for successful funding applications.

§  WHAT YOU WILL BRING

§  Bachelor’s degree (completed or ongoing) in Environmental Studies, Renewable Energy, Business Administration, Agriculture or a related field.

§  Minimum 1 year of experience in research, grant writing, and proposal development.

§  Strong analytical, writing, and project management skills.

§  Proficiency in Microsoft Office, data analysis tools, and proposal management platforms.

§  Experience in climate actions, sustainability, or the renewable energy sector is an advantage.

§  Comprehensive research reports and data-driven insights to support funding proposals.

§  High-quality grant applications and proposals submitted within deadlines.

§  Well-documented project reports, concept notes, and presentations.

§  Effective collaboration with internal teams and external partners to enhance funding success.



Skills Required
