Hourly Rate:

AE-RA-Tuteur / TA-RA-Tutor : $31.89 ou/or $50.25 (2024-2025)

The academic year starts on September 1 and ends on August 31.

Undergraduate students will be paid at the lower rate; while graduate students will be paid at the higher rate.

These rates do not included vacation pay nor statutory pay.

These rates will be applied until a new collective agreement is ratified. Retro will be paid after the ratification.

Requirements and Nature of Work:

Responsibilities:

Research duties related to a study on counselling self-eIicacy development among
psychotherapy trainees including but not limited to:

  • Oversee data collection and management using Qualtrics

  • Data integrity

  • Scoring validated psychological instruments

  • Analysing data with advanced data analysis

  • Preparation of manuscripts, conference presentations, and other knowledge translation activities.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate student in the School of Psychology with expertise in Longitudinal data analyses

  • Advanced statistical techniques (e.g. latent growth analysis, data imputation to handle missingness)Advanced experience with multilevel modelling using R
