Summary:
In this role, you will provide advanced analytics for Vizient’s Voice of Customer (VoC) Program to include Vizient’s Voice of Customer Survey (annual satisfaction study). You will also manage survey operations (distribution, metrics, A/B testing) for the entire Research & Intelligence team. You will utilize databases and extracting contacts from Salesforce, while also analyzing VoC trends using statistical methodology, text analytics, and dashboard creation. You will manage the integration of all VoC data sources and providing comprehensive views of Vizient’s customers satisfaction, pain points, and areas of focus.
Responsibilities:

Setup analytic dashboards for high-profile survey results.

Perform analysis of VoC and research distribution data and contacts.

Leverage Qualtrics to manage survey operations for Research & Intelligence team.

Focus on project management and coordination as central hub for the research team.

Request and manage all aspects of the survey distribution request process.

Jointly develop, implement, and monitor action plans to improve response rates across all surveys.

Partner with the analytics group to create distribution lists and advanced analytics.

Partner with the Customer Experience team to learn and implement processes.

Leverage data to influence stakeholder decisions through advising and counseling.

Develop and maintains data sets and coordinates with others on dependencies.
Qualifications:

Relevant degree preferred. Advanced degree a plus.

5 or more years of relevant experience required.

Experience with Qualtrics is required.

Market Research and Analytics experience within Healthcare preferred.

Strong project management is strongly preferred.

Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.

Strong work ethic and communication skills.

Estimated Hiring Range:
At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $68,500.00 to $109,700.00.
This position is also incentive eligible.
