- R&D and Product Development
- Develop and test food and beverage prototypes using Scoular ingredients.
- Support customer-focused innovation projects and document results.
- Participate in product evaluations and sensory testing.
- Ingredient Research and Innovation
- Research ingredient functionality and emerging food trends.
- Evaluate ingredient performance through laboratory testing.
- Summarize findings and recommendations for the R&D team.
- Project Management
- Complete an assigned summer project and present findings
- Collaborate with R&D, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and FSQR teams.
- Support additional projects as assigned by the R&D team.
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Food Science or related field. Preferably a 2029 Grad.
- Self-driven with an entrepreneurial mindset

- Comfortable working in high volume environment and managing multiple tasks

Internship Program Overview:
At Scoular, we are dedicated to developing young to support our customers and partners around the world. Scoular interns gain real life experiences while learning the ins and outs of our businesses and solutions. During the 11-week program, interns create a true impact on our business by building relationships with customers, immersing themselves with our culture and working alongside team members.
What to Expect During the Hiring Process
At Scoular, we try to keep the hiring process straightforward and communicate with you every step of the way. Most Intern and Pathways positions are filled during the fall recruiting season, with the majority of offers extended between September and November. Most candidates can expect to complete the interview process within a few weeks, though timing may vary based on the role and recruiting volume. Our recruiting team will keep you informed throughout the process and you will hear from us regardless if you are not selected.
