The Listing Coordinator plays a vital role in managing the listing process for existing franchise owners who express interest in selling their businesses. This position ensures a seamless experience for sellers by educating them on the resale process, maintaining proactive communication, and providing outstanding customer service. The Listing Coordinator will also contribute to improving tools and processes to enhance efficiency and service quality. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, service-driven individual with a passion for supporting franchise owners through critical transitions. (Required qualifications)
· Manage the Listing Process: Guide franchise owners through the process from their initial expression of interest to the point their business is officially listed for sale.
· Seller Education: Actively educate franchise owners on the complete resale process, setting clear expectations and ensuring their understanding of the steps involved.
· Proactive Communication: Maintain consistent and clear communication with sellers, internal stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure alignment and progress.
· Customer Service Excellence: Respond promptly and professionally to seller inquiries, providing accurate information and support to enhance their experience.
· Process Improvements: Offer feedback on tools, workflows, and tasks to create greater efficiency and improve service delivery.
Required Attributes:
· Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple listings simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
· Proactive Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to keep all parties informed and aligned.
· Customer Service Expertise: Demonstrated ability to deliver excellent service, build trust, and resolve issues effectively.
· CRM Experience: Proficient in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools to track progress and maintain records.
· Attention to Detail: Ensures accuracy in documentation and adherence to processes.
· Must be able to lift a minimum of 25 lbs.
Education & Experience:
Experience in franchise resales, real estate, or a related field.
Familiarity with Neighborly franchise systems or similar frameworks.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude toward process improvement.
