TENICA is looking to hire a Ground Engineering Requirements Engineer. This position is responsible for establishing/maintaining the requirements repository.
Monitoring/controlling the project requirements management process
Collaborating with customers, engineers, and software developers to elicit/capture and document appropriate system requirements for the design solutions and distributed system architecture
Identifying systems data, hardware, and software components required to meet user needs.
Establishing functional or systems standards to ensure operational requirements, quality requirements, and design constraints are addressed
Generating the required artifacts to capture, categorize, disposition, verify/validate, and provide traceability of the system requirements.
Capture requirements changes and providing requirements-related progress updates/reports.

Requirement:
Bachelor’s degree in STEM or business field
Junior to Senior level positions available
Must have TS/SCI with CI poly

Skills Required

- Experience establishing and maintaining a requirements repository and requirements management process
- Experience eliciting, capturing, and documenting system requirements with engineers and software developers
- Ability to generate artifacts for traceability, verification/validation, and requirements disposition
- Experience managing requirements changes and producing requirements-related progress updates/reports
