Requirement Management Analyst

As a project management specialist, you know the complexities of supporting a project from concept to completion. Many programs require a significant investment of limited resources, and it's imperative to keep the project on a productive path. That's why we need a project management specialist like you who can help ensure success through careful analysis and effective communication.

On our team, you'll implement and maintain organizational programs in support of the client. You'll work with key stakeholders to review contracts and project cost accounting. You'll help with tactical planning using resources like Microsoft Project, and regular interactions with SMEs, schedulers, customers, and project analysts.

You Have:

• 5+ years of experience working within a complex and dynamic environment
• 5+ years of experience with requirements engineering and requirements management, including elicitation, capture, development, analysis, and evaluation of requirements, including the management of requirements traceability, quality, and change
• Experience with requirements development, as a hands-on requirements author or facilitator of requirements development sessions
• Experience with Quality Control and Quality Assurance of requirements development in procurement or acquisition programs
• Secret clearance
• Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:

• 3+ years of experience briefing senior leaders and decision makers
• 3+ years of experience in national or multinational resource planning and budget development
• Experience with IBM Rational DOORS Next or equivalent systems
• Experience working in a multinational environment

Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $52,100.00 to $119,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
