Job Description
1.預防新產品導入異常, 建立MPM 訓練教材提升人員能力.
2.建立系統性的預防機制, 前期隱患排程避免生產異常.
3.建立 ECN變更/專案系統化管理機制 提升客戶或BU滿意度.
4.負責工廠對外溝通與客戶來訪工廠介紹, 使客戶正確了解工廠概況.
5.跨廠/處單位溝通 凝聚共識, 帶領團隊前進.
6.建立各項專案推動的任務時程,目標及訂定計劃成果
7.建立工作流程簡化,優化,標準化/E化, 及持續改善, 提升專案管理效率.
8.推動高績效目標, 鼓勵和激勵人員, 帶領團隊前進.
