Supports daily treasury operations, including cash positioning, variance analysis, treasury accounting entries, online banking payments, bank fee reporting, and authorized signor administration. Performs financial analysis and transaction investigations, prepares management presentations and reports, updates process documentation, and supports internal controls, audits, and process improvements. This full-time hybrid internship is based in downtown Montreal and includes training and mentorship.

Conduct online investigations and use OSINT tools, Boolean searches, databases, credit bureau reports, social media, and service records to locate customers and vehicles. Own process documentation and governance, monitor KPIs, run continuous improvement initiatives (Lean/Six Sigma/BPMN), implement risk controls, support business continuity and operational escalations, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure efficient, compliant, and scalable operations.

Process supplier invoices and employee reimbursements, match POs, ensure tax accuracy, reconcile vendor statements, manage AP inbox and documentation, assist month-end close, and liaise with vendors and internal teams to resolve discrepancies.

Plan, execute and optimize lifecycle campaigns and customer journeys for Walmart Rewards Mastercard across email, SMS and in‑app push.
