Tus responsabilidades:
Esta posición te da la oportunidad de liderar actividades clave para progresar TU carrera, las principales son:
- Generar estrategias acceso/comercial y hacer seguimiento a la implementación en campo para lograr soluciones end-to-end desde el abordaje estratégico de cuentas clave.
- Implementar de manera adecuada la estrategia de marketing y la técnica de ventas GSO en cada visita con los médicos, para garantizar su engagement con el portafolio de vacunas.
- Construir, revisar y actualizar de manera periódica el panel médico según targeting y segmentación establecidos para la línea de vacunas
- Cumplir con calidad los KPI y los resultados definidos por el negocio de vacunas de manera sostenible, con base en las políticas y procesos de cumplimiento interno de GSK.
- Planear mensualmente los stakeholders (Médicos, enfermeras y administrativos) a impactar en cada ciclo, teniendo en cuenta los diferentes canales.
- Ejecutar diariamente la planeación realizada, garantizando promedio día, cobertura, frecuencia y canal. “InPower 2.0”

- Profesional Universitario en carreras del área comercial, administrativa, ingeniería, salud, economía o afines
- Experiencia en visita promocional a las siguientes especialidades infectologos, reumatólogos, cardiologos, nefrologos, endocrinologos.
- Conocimiento en el sistema de salud colombiano
- Manejo avanzado del paquete office
- Base ciudad de Bogotá con disponibilidad para Viajar.
