The Role

You’ll love it here!  We are hiring immediately for a field technical services representative, which at Best Buy we call a field service agent.

No experience required, we will equip you with the skills and knowledge to confidently assist our customers with tech installation and repair needs in their homes.

What you’ll do:

  • Provide delivery, installation and repair of the latest and greatest tech in our customers’ homes
  • Help customers determine their technology needs and respond to their questions
  • Ensure vehicles and equipment are well maintained
  • Create an amazing customer experience every time with your dedication to customer service and professionalism

What we’re looking for:

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Have a valid driver’s license with a clean drivers abstract
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Successful completion of criminal background check
  • Enthusiasm to support and assist our customers
  • Flexibility to adapt to dynamic situations in a fast-paced environment
