TA PARTICIPATION AU SUCCÈS DE L’ENTREPRISE
EN COLLABORATION AVEC LE DIRECTEUR DES VENTES ET DU MARKETING , VOICI LE RÔLE QUI T’ATTEND :
- Développer et entretenir des relations solides avec les clients existants et potentiels dans l'industrie de la construction;
- Identifier de nouvelles opportunités de vente et élaborer des stratégies pour atteindre les objectifs commerciaux;
- Présenter et promouvoir les produits Alkegen de manière efficace auprès des clients et prospects;
- Gérer les interactions avec les clients et suivre les opportunités de vente;
- Assurer une veille concurrentielle et se tenir informé des tendances du marché et des besoins des clients;
- Participer à des événements de l'industrie, des foires commerciales et des réunions professionnelles pour promouvoir les produits Alkegen;
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes internes pour garantir la satisfaction des clients et la livraison des produits.

AS-TU LE PROFIL RECHERCHÉ ?
- Détenir un diplôme d’études collégiales ou universitaires dans un domaine pertinent à l’emploi;
- Avoir 3 à 5 ans d'expérience en vente industrielle, de préférence dans le secteur des matériaux de construction;
- Posséder d’excellentes compétences en communication en français et en anglais, à l'écrit et à l'oral pour les relations avec les clients et le corporatif;
- Connaissance pratique des systèmes de gestion de la relation client (CRM), notamment Microsoft Dynamics.
- Être disponible pour voyager en Amérique du Nord, selon les besoins de l'entreprise.
- Présenter de fortes compétences en négociation et en présentation;
- Posséder la capacité à travailler de manière autonome et à gérer plusieurs priorités.
- Avoir une forte orientation client et posséder l’aptitude à comprendre les besoins des clients pour offrir des solutions adaptées.
- Faire preuve d’esprit d'équipe et démontrer la capacité à collaborer efficacement avec divers départements.

Skills Required
- College or university degree in a relevant field
- 3 to 5 years of industrial sales experience
- Experience in construction materials sales
- Excellent written and verbal French and English communication skills
- Practical knowledge of CRM systems, especially Microsoft Dynamics
- Availability to travel in North America as needed
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Strong customer orientation and ability to understand customer needs
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple departments
