A quoi s'attendre?

Le représentant des ventes internes travaille étroitement avec la clientèle dans le but de trouver ce dont ils ont besoin, trouver des solutions à leur problème et s’assurer que le processus se fait de façon rapide et efficace auprès du client.

Au quotidien, notre Représentant des ventes internes va :

  • Établir des relations avec les clients en les aidant s au téléphone ou en personne et en représentant l'entreprise de manière professionnelle.

  • Gérer de façon efficace les commandes client.

  • Comprendre les besoins des clients, connaître leurs habitudes d’achats afin de recommander des produits et des solutions spécifiques à chacun d’eux.

  • Effectuer avec précision l’entrées des commandes client incluant les dates requises des commandes.

  • Faire les suivis téléphoniques, ou par courriels auprès des clients.

  • Répondre aux clients aux sujets des garanties des produits.

  • Voir le potentiel des clients pour des opportunités d’affaires éventuelles.

  • Faire le suivi hebdomadaire de vos dossiers.

  • Faire la promotion des spéciaux mensuels.

  • Aider aux tâches générales d’entrepôt s’il y a lieu.

  • Toutes autres tâches connexes.

Ce dont vous aurez besoin:

  • Expérience minimum d’un an en vente et en service à la clientèle dans le secteur de la piscine.

  • Expérience préalable ou connaissance des gammes de produits industriels telles que les équipements pour piscines et spas, les produits chimiques, les matériaux de construction, les fournitures de plomberie, les fournitures électriques, les fournitures d’irrigation ou d’autres biens industriels tangibles similaires est requise.

  • Excellente communication orale et écrite en français est une exigence indispensable.

  • Diplôme d’études secondaire.

  • Bonne personnalité et présence courtoisie auprès des clients se présentant au comptoir.

  • Bonne attitude envers le service à la clientèle.

  • Avoir de l’entregent et présentation soignée.

  • Personnalité motivée et soucieuse des détails.

  • Bonnes connaissances informatiques, y compris la suite Microsoft office.

  • Capacité de travailler dans un environnement avec différents niveaux de stress selon la saison.

  • Connaissances dans le domaine de le piscine, pièces, produits chimiques seront considérées comme des atouts importants.

  • Être une personne polyvalente.

  • Doit être âgé de 18 ans est plus pour postuler.

Pay: $23.50 - $25.00 per hour, plus up to $2,500 extra with our summer performance bonuses.
Work Hours: Monday-Friday 7am-5pm

What to expect ?

The Inside Sales Associate works with customers to find what they want, create solutions and ensure a smooth sales process.
 

  On a daily basis our Inside Sales Associate: 

  • Establishes relationships with customers by assisting walk-in and phone customers, representing the company in a professional manner.

  • Processes, pulls and distributes customer products quickly and efficiently.

  • Handles questions and complaints in a timely and professional manner.

  • Accurately performs data entry of sales orders to generate an invoice of products ordered to be picked up or delivered. Secures payment of invoice with proper funds or obtain credit authorization in accordance with company policy.

  • Evaluates and determines disposition of warranty items handled at the counter, as prescribed by the manufacturer's warranty policy and customer needs.

  • Estimates date of delivery to customer, based on knowledge of vendor’s production and delivery schedules.

  • Assists in receiving, shipping, and general warehouse duties.

What you will need?

  • 1+ years inside sales and customer service experience in the pool industry.

  • Previous experience or knowledge of industrial product lines such as pool and spa equipment, chemicals, construction materials, plumbing supplies, electrical supplies, irrigation supplies, or other similar tangible industrial goods is required.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French are a requirement.

  • High school diploma or GED.

  • Strong counter "presence" and the ability to deal directly with customers for a large portion of the day.

  • Strong customer-service attitude.

  • Good computer skills including MS Office programs.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment dealing with inventory, product allocations and customer issues.

  • Familiarity with a related product line such as pool supplies, parts, chemicals or pool construction helpful.
