Position Purpose:
The Reports Analyst produces and delivers useful, accurate, and timely information and recommendations to internal and external customers. Incorporates the use of advanced technology to measure, evaluate, and report performance. Leverage Business Intelligence tools like Tableau to retrieve data from the database and generate reports that support data-driven decision-making across Operations and other departments.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
- Assists different departments in determining reporting needs depending on requirements provided.
- Studies the different software/application that can be used as a data source or as an additional toll by the reporting team.
- Develop, maintain, provide analysis and sends reports on or before the agreed deadlines.
- Analyze trends, causes and variances and creates necessary ad-hoc reports.
- Works on problems of limited scope and/or assignments that are moderately complex in nature where judgement is required in resolving problems and making routine recommendations.
- Proactively communicates CCS metrics and recommendations for action to Operations Management. Works with Operations Management to deliver defined Process and Procedure.
- Performs ad-hoc tasks as needed by the business.
Minimum Job Requirements (Education, Experience, Skills):
- Bachelor’s Degree in any field / Completed at least 2 years in College.
- Must have 1+ year of Reports Analyst experience.
- Technical knowledge of tools like Microsoft Office(Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
- Willing to work at night and/or shifting schedules to accommodate different time zones per global business requirements.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to provide customer service and work well in teams to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-growing environment where change is the norm; strong multitasking skills
- Strong organization skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy, a must.
