Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver timely, accurate, and relevant monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting across multiple legal entities.
  • Coordinate quarterly rolling forecasts and monthly operational reporting indicators.
  • Prepare financial information for presentations, management reviews, and CFO reporting requirements.
  • Lead annual budgeting activities and support the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial presentations.
  • Monitor and analyse operating results against budget, identifying deviations and supporting business decision-making.
  • Drive reporting improvements, enhance cost transparency, and support the development of meaningful financial KPIs.
  • Support audits, statutory reporting, transfer pricing activities, business case reviews, and financial reconciliations.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial reporting, controlling, or similar finance roles.
  • Strong knowledge of statutory regulations, financial reporting standards, and accounting principles.
  • Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail and a quality-focused approach to work.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and functions.
  • Good understanding of financial drivers within an operational or industrial business environment.
  • Professional proficiency in English.
