The Reporting and Automation Team is looking for a highly motivated intern with a keen interest in Artificial Intelligence to contribute to a variety of exciting projects. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain practical experience in a dynamic corporate environment, working with cutting-edge technologies, including AI, and contributing to real-world business solutions. The intern will be actively involved in promoting and implementing AI initiatives within the organization. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, detail-oriented, passionate about data and technology, and curious about the potential of AI.
Your Responsibilities:
Assist with data-related tasks, including gathering, cleaning, analysis for reporting projects, and maintaining existing reports.
Learn and assist with automation opportunities involving VBA, Python, Power Automate, and AI technologies.
Help prepare materials for training sessions focused on AI and other technical skills.
Test new solutions, particularly those involving AI, and provide constructive feedback from a user perspective.
Assist with internal communications related to AI initiatives and other team projects, such as drafting announcements and updates.
Learn about the Idea Management System and assist with promoting it within the organization.
Help document processes and procedures related to reporting, automation, and AI implementation.
Conduct research on new AI technologies and tools relevant to the team's work, staying ahead of industry trends and advancements.
What You Need to Succeed (minimum qualifications):
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics).
Basic knowledge of data analysis concepts and techniques.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
English – B2 level.
Basic programming experience (VBA, Python, or similar) is a plus.
What you’ll learn
Gather, clean, and analyze data for reporting projects.
Explore automation opportunities using VBA, Python, Power Automate, and AI.
Develop training materials focused on AI and technical skills.
Test and provide feedback on new AI solutions.
Draft internal communications regarding AI initiatives.
Promote the Idea Management System within the organization.
Document processes related to reporting, automation, and AI.
Research new AI technologies and industry trends.
