Reporting and Analytics Advisor
Job Summary
Supports the team with data exploration, data audits, and reporting. Develops knowledge
Responsibilities

Create, update, and manager Dashboards (Excel based)

Create, update, and manage multiple recurring reports to track metrics, forecasting dates, project statues, etc.

Create, update, and manage Power Points
-
Create, update, and manage ad-hoc reports as requested
-
Provides Project Management support to ensure cross-functional teams and tasks are kept on track
-
Scheduling meetings, attending meetings, and take clean meeting notes
-
Performs data analysis, comparing various data sets, and using strong excel experience to combine multiple data sets together
-
Reviews pre-identified data errors and works with cross-functional teams to resolve errors; some errors involve personal analysis and correction
Qualifications
-
Strong Microsoft Excel Skills Required, including basic functions, creating pivots, charts, vlookups, etc.

Strong Microsoft Outlook Skills Required
-
Microsoft PowerPoint Skills a plus
-
SQL experience a plus but not required
-
SmartSheets experience a plus
-
Strong analytical skills
-
Ability to manage timelines and follow-up with cross-functional groups independently when deadlines are approaching and/or missed
-
Strong interpersonal and communication skills required, with ability to professionally and comfortably speak and write with internal and external team members

Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy

Ability to make decisions independently, knowing how and when to escalate issues

Proficiency in English – written and verbal

Proven years related experience preferred

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Data Science, or relevant engineering discipline preferred
Additional information:

Ability to work in the Warsaw office up to 2 days a week, or more, if there is a need for a specific event
