ROLE DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Reporting & Analytics Specialist to join our Finance team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in preparing financial reports, assisting in budgetary control and ensuring compliance with international financial standards.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare and analyse monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in accordance with IFRS.
- Assist in month-end financial closing
- Conduct ongoing budgetary control
- Prepare cash payment schedules
- Track client-invoicing to ensure timely and complete revenue recognition
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and improve reporting processes.
- Assist in the preparation of materials for internal and external audits.
- Monitor compliance with internal controls and corporate financial policies.
- Participate in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as reporting or audit specialist at consulting/audit company.
- Strong knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- International financial certifications (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, PMS or equivalent) are an advantage.
- Strong English language skills, both written and verbal.
