Work part-time supporting algorithm development, building and validating prototypes, developing analytical tools and programs, and improving scientific Python coding skills under supervision.

Conduct research and develop mechanistic and computational models for multiphase flow and flow assurance in petroleum systems. Implement Python-based tools, perform model calibration, sensitivity analysis, validation, and data analysis. Collaborate with engineering teams, document results, and translate research into practical engineering solutions.

Manage the administrative lifecycle of contracts and commercial documentation: drafting, execution follow-up, filing, renewals, tracking milestones, coordinating with Finance, Legal, clients and vendors, maintaining repositories and trackers, supporting payment/document workflows, and improving document management processes.

Lead the development of digital tools for petrophysics and reservoir engineering, ensuring accurate workflows and client communication. Mentor junior staff, drive innovation, and manage projects effectively.

The Data Scientist will build data systems, analyze data, develop models, and create algorithms while improving coding skills and communication with stakeholders.

Design, build, and deploy LLM-powered features and RAG pipelines; own prompt engineering, agentic workflows, evaluation suites, and integration with backend/frontend services. Maintain vector stores, select embeddings, run retrieval evaluation, and contribute to technical documentation and code reviews.

Support supervised development of ML/DL algorithms and prototypes for subsurface imaging; build and validate models, develop analytical tools, prepare reports and presentations, and communicate professionally with clients.
