As a Reporting & Analytics Analyst at ICON, you will transform operational and business data into meaningful insights and reports that support decision-making across the organisation.
What You Will Do:
Your role will involve delivering TA and HR operations work to a high standard, working closely with your team and stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing, maintaining, and automating standard and ad hoc reports and dashboards using approved tools and data sources.
- Analyzing operational, HR, or recruitment delivery data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
- Partnering with business stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate them into clear analytical outputs.
- Ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and integrity through validation checks and close collaboration with data owners.
- Documenting reporting processes, definitions, and methodologies to support transparency and repeatability.
- Contributing to the enhancement of analytics capabilities, including new metrics, visualizations, and self-service tools.
Your Profile:
Required qualifications and experience:
- Bachelor's degree in data analytics, statistics, business administration, human resources, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience in reporting, business intelligence, or data analysis, preferably within CRO, pharma, or a similar environment.
- Proficiency with Excel is a must and experience with BI or data visualization tools is a nice to have (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and communicate insights clearly.
- High attention to detail and commitment to data quality and consistency.
- Good stakeholder management and communication skills, with a collaborative, service-oriented approach.
