As a Reporting Analyst, you will be responsible for developing, preparing, and distributing various production-oriented reporting and analytics for a variety of Business Partners. These reports allow our partners to monitor production workflows, key department statistics, as well as measuring the success of their individual teams.
In the Role
- Collaborate with Business Partners to clearly define reporting requirements, including, but not limited to source data, KPI calculations, desired views, and distribution cadences.
- Create production reporting, analytics and Department Presentation Decks utilizing tools such as Excel (includes some complex formulas) and MS PowerPoint.
- Monitor report outputs for identification of trends and anomalies ensuring reporting is accurate and complete.
- Deliver timely and accurate reports and presentations to our business partners at desired cadence.
- Maintain established departmental documentation and workflow methods and procedures; support interdepartmental/business relationships.
Requirements
- High School/GED Diploma required
- Operational support or servicing experience
- Ability to work independently and efficiently under aggressive deadlines, while supporting the achievement of both individual and team level goals.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate with various levels of management.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive information
- Strong organizational and process management aptitude
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; specifically Excel and PowerPoint
Preferred
- SAS. SQL, PowerBI, Power Queries, and Scripting (specifically VBA) experience.
- Call Center support, servicing, or operations experience.
