PURPOSE:
Accurately collect, validate, organize, and maintain large volumes of tower operations and lease management data from multiple sources, ensuring data integrity, consistency, confidentiality, and compliance with established governance standards. Develop and implement effective data collection methodologies, analyze lease and operational information against key departmental performance metrics, and design meaningful reports, dashboards, and analytical solutions that provide actionable insights and support critical business decision-making.
FUNCTIONS:
- Coordinate with Asset Managers to facilitate the timely approval of ground rent payments, ensuring compliance with established processes and performance targets.
- Develop and deliver standard and ad hoc reports that support operational, financial, and strategic decision-making across Asset Management and related business functions.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for reporting and analytics requests submitted through the Asset Management Ticketing Tool, ensuring requests are prioritized, tracked, and resolved effectively.
- Support the design, enhancement, and maintenance of Power BI reporting solutions, dashboards, and semantic models under the guidance of the Senior Supervisor, Asset Management Data.
- Perform data validation, reconciliation, and quality control activities to ensure the integrity and reliability of Asset Management and lease-related information.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities for reporting automation, process optimization, and enhanced data governance practices.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Information Systems, Finance, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 2+ years of experience in reporting, analytics, business intelligence, or data management.
- Bilingual in English/Spanish is a must.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and working knowledge of Power BI.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience managing multiple stakeholder requests and delivering reporting solutions within established timelines.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data quality and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Solid communication skills and the ability to collaborate with multi-team members.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
