Reporting Analyst, Assistant Vice President, MRSO SolutionsAbout MRSO

Management Reporting & Systems Operations (MRSO) is part of Enterprise Reporting & Analytics (ER&A) and serves as a strategic partner to business, finance, operations, and technology teams across the organization. MRSO delivers reporting, analytics, and process improvement capabilities that support informed decision-making, operational efficiency, and business growth. The organization focuses on leveraging data, technology, and automation to enhance both operational processes and management reporting.

About the Solutions Team

The MRSO Solutions team develops and supports technology solutions that streamline business processes, automate manual activities, and deliver actionable insights. Working with stakeholders across multiple lines of business, the team partners to identify opportunities, solve complex problems, and build scalable solutions using Microsoft Power Platform technologies, including Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate.

Position Overview

The Reporting Analyst, Assistant Vice President, MRSO Solutions, will contribute to the design, development, and support of reporting, analytics, and automation solutions that enable business partners to work more efficiently and make better-informed decisions. This role offers an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional seeking to expand their technical expertise while developing strong business and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain solutions using Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, and other Microsoft Power Platform technologies.
  • Create dashboards, reports, workflows, and applications that support business objectives and operational efficiency.
  • Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and recommend technology-based solutions.
  • Support solution testing, implementation, documentation, and ongoing enhancements.
  • Collaborate effectively with business and technology teams across the organization.
  • Identify opportunities to automate processes and improve existing workflows.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Computer Science, Analytics, or a related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience with Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, or related Power Platform technologies.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to build effective working relationships across diverse teams and business functions.
  • Demonstrated curiosity, adaptability, and a willingness to learn.

The typical base pay range for this role is as follows:

  • New York / New Jersey: $ 118-143K
  • Non–New York / New Jersey: $ 106-129K

depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and location. This role may also be eligible for certain discretionary performance-based bonus and/or incentive compensation. Our hybrid work schedule is four days on-site and work remotely one day per week.
