Job Summary

Oversees multiple renovation projects from initiation through completion. Partners with all project stakeholders to ensure on-time completion according to specifications and within budgeted costs.

Major Tasks, Responsibilities, and Key Accountabilities

  • Provides sales support initiatives for renovation projects, including planning, tracking, and reporting activities to ensure project success.
  • Serves as a point of contact for all project stakeholders, including field sales, field installation teams, and valued customers, addressing any questions, concerns, or project-related issues.
  • Manages material and labor needs and promptly identifies alternative products while implementing solutions to minimize project disruptions. 
  • Collaborates to develop project schedules and manage deliveries.
  • Resolves scheduling conflicts and ensures a smooth project execution.
  • Provides regular updates to project stakeholders, keeping them informed of project progress, milestones, and relevant changes.

Nature and Scope

  • Problems are typically difficult and/or high impact. Troubleshoots complex support or operational problems for junior level associates.
  • Under limited supervision, independently resolves issues and applies a variety of methods to develop customized solutions. May lead the daily operations of a department or team. Work typically involves infrequent review of output by a supervisor or direct customers of the process.
  • Assists with supervisory duties but does not have hiring/firing authority. Trains, delegates tasks, and reviews the work of junior level associates.

Work Environment

  • Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.
  • Most of the time is spent sitting or standing in the same location and/or there may be a need to stoop regularly or move/lift light material or equipment (typically less than 8 pounds).
  • Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time.

Education and Experience

  • Technical certification or associate degree may be required in some areas. Generally 7+ years of experience in area of responsibility.
