  • Risk Management: Identify renewal risks early and coordinate mitigation actions with Sales, Customer Success, Partners and specialist teams.
  • Value and Adoption: Connect adoption, utilization and business outcomes to renewal conversations and help address barriers to value realization.
  • Growth and Expansion: Identify appropriate migration, upsell and cross-sell opportunities across Webex Suite, AI-enabled capabilities, Cloud Calling and Cloud Contact Center.
  • Commercial Execution: Coordinate quoting, pricing, approvals, negotiations and contracting to deliver timely proposals and close opportunities.
  • Forecast Discipline: Maintain accurate opportunity data, risk assessments, customer interactions, next steps and forecasts in Salesforce.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Align internal teams and Partners around a common renewal strategy, with clear owners and timelines.
  • Portfolio Prioritization: Manage a high-volume portfolio by prioritizing opportunities according to value, risk, customer impact and time to renewal.
  • Data and AI-Enabled Selling: Use customer, adoption and renewal insights, along with approved AI tools, to improve prioritization and seller productivity
Minimum Qualifications
