This a Hybrid Setup at BGC, Taguig (at least 2 days a month onsite)
What does a day in the life of a Renewal Specialist look like?
- Own the automated renewal checklist activity for all accounts due each renewal cohort. Each checklist component below should be performed by RS as detailed in the standard process.
- Responsible for tracking Automated Renewal Notices
- Performs a proper hand-off to Renewal Manager for all renewals that requires client engagement/communication – negotiation, upsell/down sell, cancellation, etc.
- Ensures that all renewals are properly set for discount recapture based on MSA
- Performs other administrative function as defined and delegated by the line manager
- Work hand in hand with Renewal Managers/SR Renewal Managers to help drive renewals

What are the required qualifications of a Renewal Specialist?
- At least 1 year of experience in renewals, sales or sales support; open to any industry; BPO set up
- 2-year college degree or equivalent business experience
- Amenable to work on a Hybrid Setup at BGC, Taguig (2 days/month)
Having these qualifications are helpful, but not required
- Experience working with SaaS account
- Experience recording information in Salesforce or similar CRM system
- Experience with negotiations, discovery call, and various client engagement conversation
