WHAT WE DO MATTERS:

At The Knot Worldwide, we champion celebration - and that starts with celebrating our people. Our employees are passionate dreamers, thoughtful doers, and lifelong learners who power meaningful moments for millions around the world. We’re united by authentic connection, shared purpose, and a deep commitment to the global community we serve. Here, flexibility and belonging go hand in hand with high performance. Driven by our core values, we believe the best ideas come from empowered teams: those who consistently collaborate with intention to design solutions, spark ideas, and drive impact. Our people are at the heart of our success.

ABOUT THE ROLE AND THE TEAM:

We’re looking for a Renewals Sales Specialist to join our Renewal Sales Team. You’ll be responsible for renewing, retaining and growing relationships with wedding vendors in our emerging partners, ensuring they continue to see value from their partnership with us.

This is a telephone-led role combining account service & management, retention sales and high levels of client care. You’ll spend much of your time speaking with vendors, understanding their needs, handling concerns, and confidently securing renewals through consultative, persuasive conversations.

You’ll be working to tight turnaround times, using your communication skills, empathy and problem solving abilities to navigate requests from vendors across the country.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Proactively contact vendors to retain existing accounts, and be a reactive source of contact for all account queries and account service within this client pool.
  • Reactively handle inbound calls and emails from vendors regarding their packages, performance or concerns.
  • Meet daily & weekly productivity KPI’s including calls & meetings targets
  • Meet a monthly revenue target in line with the client pool expected value retention
  • Use persuasive, solution-led sales techniques to overcome objections and secure renewals
  • Build strong relationships with vendors, acting as their trusted point of contact
  • Handle complaints and issues professionally, calmly and constructively, always focusing on positive outcomes.
  • Clearly explain product features, benefits and performance insights to demonstrate ongoing value
  • Accurately update CRM records and track activity against targets
  • Work closely with your direct team and Manager to meet your monthly group retention targets
  • Work closely with wider sales, support and product teams to improve vendor experience

SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES HAVE:

  • A strong phone presence, with excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Native in French and B2 level of English.
  • The confidence to make regular calls, and remain resilient.
  • Be IT literate and keep our systems up to date with all relevant information.
  • You’ll be working as part of a small team so be a good team player, and be someone others want to work with.
  • Effective organisational skills.
  • Commitment to professional development and a motivation to make things happen.
  • It’s important to keep in mind it’s not just what you do, but how you do it - be someone others enjoy working with, take the initiative and be a positive influence on other team members.
  • At least 2 years of experience in retention sales, telesales or account management
  • You will be a perseverant person, resilient to frustration, and have a genuine interest in helping clients achieve the maximum result from the platform.
