SUMMARY

The Renewals Manager at MasterControl is a vital member of the Corporate Sales team, focusing on renewing customers in a SaaS delivery model. This role will be responsible for meeting specific deadlines to renewal notices, reconciliation and renewal contract creation. Working closely with the Account Manager, Customer Success, and Finance teams; the Renewals Manager will contribute to the long-term success of customers by providing valuable feedback and fostering collaboration.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collaborate with Sales Organization to refine the renewal process for maximum customer engagement and retention.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success Team to maintain a book of renewals.
  • Triage up-sell and cross-sell opportunities with Account Team, based on customer needs.
  • Develop a system to identify customers with high potential for churn, up-sell, and down-sell.
  • Meet continued deadlines based on companys renewal expectations.
  • Meet weekly goals and established metrics consistently.
  • Utilize the provided tools effectively.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in customer account management.
  • Excellent phone and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven follow-up skills and results-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Experience with Salesforce.com.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce.com product solutions.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, coordinate project details among multiple departments, and meet strict deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
  • Motivated and energetic team player with a strong drive to take responsibility for success.
  • Understanding of restructuring contract terms and conditions related to legal, finance, and billing.
  • Experience with MS Office tools, Adobe Acrobat, DocuSign, computer systems, and communication tools (database experience preferred).
  • Strong communication skills, including writing, editing, and responding to customer communications.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORKING CONDITIONS

  • Limited travel may be required.
  • Ability to work non-standard hours on occasion, when necessary.
  • Bending, stooping, and lifting are integral aspects of this position.
  • Ability to operate a computer and work at a desk for extended periods.

Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $70,000 - $90,000 + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
