This role that you are applying for, will be working for KINTO UK Ltd which is a Mobility Brand owned by the Toyota Group, offices located in Portsmouth. KINTO UK share their HR function with Toyota Financial Services (TFS) in the UK, however the job being advertised will not be working directly for Toyota Financial Services.

KINTO UK has ambitious growth plans for the coming years across all channels and across our customer portfolios.

The responsibilities of this role is to deliver the invite to order process across the customer account base, accompanied by a proactive calling strategy to drive and convert the invite to an order.

This role will in addition support our Driver Purchase programme ascertaining the appetite for purchasing and funding their vehicle, working across operations to fulfil any requests.

Working closely with the Sales teams you also identify cancelled orders and contact the driver to understand the reasons for cancellation as well as converting to a sale through KINTO.

Duties:

  • Maintain an outbound call strategy to multi supply customers towards the end of contract to maximise the opportunity to convert to an additional order with KINTO
  • Identify and contact drivers of cancelled orders to determine root cause and offer a KINTO alternative, converting cancelled order to a sale
  • Become comfortable with/expert in the client vehicle replacement policies and order process via KINTO
  • Identify opportunities across the customer base for growth and ensure knowledge shared with the wider teams and strategy in place to address.
  • Support other customer segments through proactive calling, responding to requests for quotes and order placement, working closely with underwriting teams and wider KINTO teams
  • To proactively contact drivers to ascertain appetite for purchasing and funding their vehicle, liaising with internal departments to facilitate appropriate quotes
  • To co-ordinate any quotes requests, irrespective of funding method for primary and secondary leases and or sales.
  • Build a strong working relationship with Driver Support, Operational Account Management team and the wider Sales teams, working collaboratively together in a partnership to ensure client and team objectives are met.
  • Build and maintain professional, effective relationships with all internal and external departments
  • Ensure the accurate reporting and administration of all sales and activities
  • Support the OAM Lead, the Head of Account Management and the Sales Director in the timely production of information and data to support regular presentations.
  • To share best practices and improvements across the wider KINTO UK team.
  • Ad hoc tasks as agreed with the Head of Account Management, OAM Lead or Sales Director
