BPOD latam is looking for a person to support our team as Renewals Account Manager in São Paulo, Brasil.
Position Summary:
The Renewals Account Manager is responsible for overseeing and securing the renewal of technology service and subscription agreements. This role focuses on nurturing long-term client relationships, safeguarding recurring revenue, and uncovering opportunities for business growth through excellent account management and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the renewal lifecycle for licenses, subscriptions, and service contracts, ensuring timely execution and favorable outcomes for both the client and the company.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners, addressing concerns and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Monitor customer engagement to identify churn risks and implement proactive strategies to strengthen retention.
- Develop a clear understanding of each client’s business goals and solution needs.
- Detect opportunities for upselling and cross-selling during renewal discussions.
- Collaborate closely with sales, customer success, and technical support teams to guarantee a seamless renewal experience.
- Leverage CRM systems to track renewals, maintain accurate records, and produce reports on account health and retention metrics.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in technology related sales.
- Proven history working with vendors, wholesalers, partners and end users within technology industry.
- Background in enterprise software/SaaS focused on IT service management or endpoint protection.
- Bachelor’s degree or certificate of completion of studies.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, problem-solving, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Confident presenter, able to convey information clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.
- Fluency written and verbal communications in English and Spanish is a must.
