As a Renewals Account Executive, the goal of your role is to oversee client renewals, discover growth opportunities, and ensure high customer satisfaction. Using a consultative approach and active listening skills, you will gain knowledge of each business’s unique challenges and needs, working across a group of lenders, including Fora Financial to offer the most appropriate financing solution available to generate Renewal business from our past and current small business customers.
A Day in the Life of a Renewals Account Executive:
- You will work with our existing customer base speaking with business owners and their representatives to align their needs for capital with the appropriate financing option(s)
- You will receive and cultivate your own book of business (i.e., no cold calling), communicating with merchants throughout the day to gather information and utilize Salesforce to organize and update those interactions
- You will collaborate with a team of experienced sales leaders, learning and evolving a core set of sales strategies and techniques through ongoing training and development
