Job Summary

The role requires a highly motivated, target driven, determined individual with excellent communication skills. The role is responsible for managing opportunities with our Partners, our Distributors, while also working with our internal Technical Account team. Renewal Specialists should have experience and be comfortable on the phone and emailing with our partners and handling CoreView Solutions Conversations and guiding customers and resellers to make decisions on renewals and x-sell/upsell opportunities.

The role will be on a shift rotation, working the following hours;

1 week at 9am – 5pm

1 week at 2pm – 10pm
Responsibilities.

  •  Manage the end-to-end renewal process for customer and reseller contracts
  •  Proactively reach out to partners and resellers to discuss renewal options
  •  Negotiate contract terms and pricing with customers and resellers
  •  Collaborate with sales and Technical Account teams to ensure a smooth renewal process
  •  Address partner concerns and provide solutions to ensure satisfaction
  •  Analyse renewal data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  •  Maintain accurate records of renewal activities and customer interactions
  •  Develop and implement strategies to improve renewal rates
  •  Provide regular reports on renewal performance to management
  •  Assist in the development of renewal-related marketing materials
  •  Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
  •  Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills
  •  Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  •  Handle escalated renewal issues and work towards resolution
  •  Support the onboarding of new customers as needed
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in a renewals or customer success role
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to analyse data and identify trends
  • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Experience in the technology or software industry is a plus
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships
  • Knowledge of contract management and renewal processes
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies
  • Must be fluent in English, ideally able to speak German or French
