•Responsible for selling product support services as well as subscription based products and for the achievement of the sales quota assigned
•Articulate the features, benefits and pricing plans to prospective customers
•Probe for customer requirements in order to match the Support Service plans
•Provide recommendations to the customer for the use of Support Services plans
•Handle customer enquiries by explaining the provisions and benefits of the proposed plans
•Ensures that customers receive timely and accurate quotations for the appropriate support plan and manages the process through receipt of the purchase order and invoicing.
•Make recommendations on process improvements to managers
•Assure the proposals and contracts contain all required terms and conditions
Requirements
•Associate Degree in Business or equivalent
•2 years or above Sales experiences representing a high technology product or service (Inside Sales/Tele Sales with cold call experience preferable).
•Experience in working with complex agreement offerings and in positioning the benefits of those offerings for customers.
•Experience in managing a sale from lead to invoicing, knowledge in the use of CRM and/or ERP system is a plus (Salesforce.com, Oracle, NetSuite…etc)
•Good selling techniques, good interpersonal, communication and telephone handling skills.
•Self-motivated with an outgoing personality; Able to work independently.
•Excellent oral and written communication skills in English, Cantonese & Mandarin
