Job Description- Preparation of dialysis machines and related supplies for patient treatments.
- Cleaning and sanitization of the dialysis equipment.
- Obtaining patients' weight and vital sign information pre and post dialysis.
- Maintaining stock levels of medical and surgical supplies.
- Transport of patients.
- Other related duties as required.
- O.S.S.D Diploma with some post secondary healthcare training required
- Healthcare experience required
- Strong customer service skills,
- Must have strong mechanical aptitude
- Proficiency with computer applications
- Knowledge of sterile/aseptic techniques
- Able to work independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team
- Technically oriented
- Ability to perform some heavy lifting required
- Satisfactory employment and attendance record
The ideal candidate is strong in patient centered care in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment and should be ready to drive change and innovation. We require a person with good communication skills with a clear patient focus with the ability to manage execution and to foster teamwork and cooperation.
Additional InformationHours: Monday - Sunday various rotating shifts - Days & Evenings - 8 and 12 hour shifts (Hours subject to change based on operational needs)
Salary: $30.081 to $34.624 per hour
