Create and maintain staff schedules for support services across three sites, manage e-schedule inputs and shift replacements, log staffing changes, coordinate payroll input and daily office operations, handle incoming calls and service requests, and perform general administrative duties while maintaining confidentiality and effective communication with hospital staff.

Coordinate, develop, document and implement safe hospital discharge plans for inpatients. Identify barriers, set short- and long-term goals, liaise with interdisciplinary teams and community agencies, educate patients/SDMs, and ensure continuity of care while optimizing hospital flow and resource use.

Supervise daily operations of the Medical Device Reprocessing (MDR) department, providing clinical leadership, staff development, quality oversight, instrument management, vendor coordination, payroll/scheduling support, and policy implementation. Manage instrument repairs, purchasing, tracking database, and reporting; collaborate with clinical leaders to develop procedures, education, and quality indicators.

Provide orthopaedic care under physician direction: apply, adjust and remove casts, splints and traction; remove dressings, sutures, staples and pins; measure and fit orthopaedic devices and ambulatory aids; instruct patients/families on care and use; fabricate splints and bandages; maintain supplies and equipment; document in EMR and collaborate with healthcare team.

Manage planning, selection, procurement, delivery, installation and acceptance of hospital equipment and furniture across capital projects. Coordinate stakeholders, review specifications/drawings, control budgets, develop processes/policies, produce reports, and ensure standardization and operational readiness across Halton Healthcare sites.

Perform main pharmacy dispensary duties including medication order/profile review and entry into Meditech Expanse, checking, troubleshooting clinical and distribution issues, and mentoring technicians/students. Provide backup decentralized coverage on units for order review, medication reconciliation, problem resolution, and liaison duties. Work rotating days, evenings, nights and weekends across sites as required.

Provide senior-level labour and employee relations advice across a multi-site unionized hospital, lead complex workplace investigations, support collective bargaining, arbitration and litigation, develop risk-based strategies, deliver training, and mentor HR colleagues to ensure compliance with labour and employment legislation and best practices.

The Performance Analytics Consultant will analyze health-related data, support reporting, develop dashboards, and assist in decision-making to improve operational efficiency and patient care quality.
