Supports patient and procedural workflow in Diagnostic Imaging by preparing, monitoring, escorting, and discharging patients; stocking supplies and equipment; organizing records; cleaning and disinfecting rooms and carts; and reprocessing transducers. The role assists technical and nursing staff, communicates wait times and preparation instructions, and maintains efficient department operations while handling repetitive pushing, pulling, standing, and walking.

Leads Social Work, Discharge Planning, Patient Flow, and Command Centre teams across multiple hospital sites. Oversees staffing, performance, workflows, patient transitions, discharge barriers, ALC outcomes, bed management, surge coordination, and real-time patient flow escalation. Partners with clinical teams, physicians, Ontario Health atHome, community providers, patients, and families to improve care coordination, reduce length of stay, enhance data reporting, and resolve complex operational, ethical, and safety issues.

Manage the corporate Attendance Management Program, review absence reports, coordinate attendance reviews, support employees and leaders, and collaborate with disability management specialists. Analyze attendance data, conduct audits, maintain data integrity, prepare reports and dashboards, identify trends, deliver education sessions, and support compliance with attendance policies while handling confidential employee information.

Provide assessment and treatment for musculoskeletal, geriatric, neurological and orthopaedic conditions. Support WSIB outpatient specialty program delivering interdisciplinary assessment, diagnostics, rehabilitation, return-to-work planning, functional evaluation and work conditioning. Participate in community education, program development, accreditation, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered care.
