Response: Remote Talent Acquisition Recruiter – Support Tech, LLCSupport Tech, LLC is seeking a proactive, highly driven Remote Talent Acquisition Recruiter to help power our rapid growth. In this role, you will lead our end-to-end recruitment efforts—sourcing top-tier global talent, managing candidate pipelines, and guiding applicants smoothly through the hiring lifecycle through onboarding.
This is a 100% remote position open to candidates worldwide who possess flawless English communication skills (written and spoken) and a quiet, professional remote workspace.

Talent Sourcing & Aggregation: Proactively source, headhunt, and aggregate qualified candidates through job boards, social networks, tech communities, and direct outreach.

Pipeline Management: Guide potential talent seamlessly through every phase of the hiring funnel, from initial outreach and screening to interview scheduling and offer presentation.

Candidate Screening: Assess candidate qualifications, technical backgrounds, and culture fit through structured initial interviews.

Onboarding Execution: Facilitate the transition from candidate to team member by coordinating onboarding documentation, equipment setup, and orientation schedules.

Collaborative Hiring: Work closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, refine ideal candidate profiles, and deliver regular recruitment status updates.
Professional Experience

Proven experience in full-lifecycle recruitment, talent sourcing, and candidate management (preferably in tech or technical support industries).

Demonstrated success using modern recruiting platforms, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and sourcing engines (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, GitHub, specialized job boards).

Strong track record of converting passive leads into active pipeline candidates.

Flawless English Communication: Native-level written and spoken English is essential for conducting interviews, crafting outreach messaging, and representing Support Tech, LLC.
