Your Role:

Think Academy U.S. is seeking a Student Success Consultant to provide expert guidance and personalized support to parents, ensuring that their students’ needs are effectively and efficiently met throughout their time at Think Academy. This role calls for strong communication, quick problem-solving, and a deep understanding of how to address client needs promptly and thoughtfully.

As a Student Success Consultant your responsibilities include:

  • Guiding parents through personalized consultations, helping them navigate their students' educational journey at Think Academy.
  • Acting as the go-to resource for parent-clients, ensuring their concerns are heard, understood, and addressed quickly.
  • Assessing individual student needs and collaborate with parents to develop tailored strategies that enhance learning outcomes.
  • Fostering positive, long-lasting relationships with parents and students, delivering exceptional service that builds trust and satisfaction.
  • Addressing challenges or concerns with creative solutions, ensuring that parent and student needs are met effectively and in a timely manner.

Shifts:

  • Morning Shift: 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM PST ~ any day of the week
  • Evening Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM PST ~ any day of the week

What We’re Looking For:

  • Passion for learning and excitement to grow by tackling challenges head-on.
  • Strong communicator who is friendly, attentive, and skilled at understanding customer needs.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Quick and clear in communication, with a knack for timely responses.
  • Able to commit at least 20 hours per week.
  • Experience working in a related field is a plus, but we welcome entry-level candidates!
  • Preference for candidates seeking long-term career growth within Think Academy.
  • Fluency in Mandarin (speaking, reading, and writing) is essential.
