Responsibilities:

  • Prospect - Hit the phones! This position will require many dials as you build your business, but with our system, our CRM, and our ability to purchase GREAT leads, the sky is the limit & we strive to help new agents to run 10 appointments every week with clients!
  • Develop and foster relationships - Maintain close communications with prospects to close sales and promote customer retention, and help client's by identifying all their life & health insurance needs.
  • Meet and exceed targets - You are your own boss, but in order to be successful, you'll have to set your own personal activity goals, and results goals, and be extremely disciplined!
  • Track progress and results - Record prospect interactions and track goal attainment, in order to be as profitable and successful as you can, you'll have to track your activity and progress so you can receive the coaching you need to grow and improve for the clients you serve.
  • Potential to GROW - You have the ability to grow as an insurance consultant with vast amounts of resources and training at your fingertips. But you also have the ability to BUILD your own team, and eventually become your own Agency Owner. Your potential is endless with Symmetry, a proven system, ability to get incredible leads, and build your OWN business.

Requirements:

  • Preferred - 1-2 years experience in sales, coaching or teaching
  • Excellent ability to manage and build relationships
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed goals
  • Advanced skills in communicating, selling and negotiating
  • Unrelenting drive to understand and meet prospective customer needs
  • Familiarity with CRM systems
  • Coachable***
