We are looking for multiple Remote Sales Representatives (Intern) to join our innovative Remote Sales team in Seoul.

This role is key to driving business growth through non-face-to-face engagement with healthcare professionals, using phone, video, email, and digital platforms. You will work closely with Marketing, and other internal stakeholders to generate leads, drive conversions, and deliver exceptional customer experience.

This opportunity is a 1-year internship program.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

  • Conduct remote outreach to customers and hospitals to promote and sell Medtronic products

  • Generate sales leads through phone calls, emails, and virtual meetings

  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing accounts while identifying new opportunities

  • Support the Remote Sales Manager in executing the remote sales strategy

  • Track and report sales activities and customer interactions regularly

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met efficiently

  • Stay informed about product updates and industry trends to effectively communicate value propositions

  • Meet or exceed assigned sales targets through proactive engagement and follow-ups

Required Knowledge and Experience:

  • Completed Bachelor’s degree qualifications in any discipline

  • Comfortable with non-face-to-face (remote) sales activities, including phone, video, and digital communication

  • Effective written and verbal communication skills Korea languages, proficient in English

  • Familiarity with CRM tools and remote communication platforms is a plus
