Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced Client Director to drive strategic growth across ServiceNow's largest existing accounts, with a particular focus on the Korean market. We're looking for a proven Client Director with deep relationships across Korean conglomerate executive networks, and a strong track record in AI transformation and workflow AI solutions.
What you get to do in this role:
  • Provide strategic leadership and partnership to clients, serving as the relationship manager between your customers and ServiceNow
  • Drive AI-led transformation initiatives, articulating the value of workflow AI and automation to senior stakeholders.
  • Work with other ServiceNow teams to develop ServiceNow solutions based on each customer's strategic outcomes while leading large virtual teams
  • Oversee growth of global accounts, including development and deployment of worldwide resources
  • Build trust and deep multi-tiered relationships through assigned clients' organization, from project/IT teams to CxO level
  • Develop a clear roadmap and building capabilities across our clients and ServiceNow teams to promote an outstanding customer experience
  • Achieve financial targets across licenses, renewals, and professional services

Qualifications
To be successful in this role you have:
  • 15+ years of enterprise client management experience, with a minimum of 5 years as a Client Director or equivalent, managing multi-million-dollar sales engagements.
  • Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry.
  • Demonstrated success in executive-level relationship management within Korean conglomerates.
  • Proven ability to sell and consult on AI transformation, including workflow automation, AI-powered decision-making, and integration of AI into business processes.
  • Strong understanding of IT Service Management, HR, Security Operations, Customer Service, or IT Operations Management.
  • Strategic thinker with a deep understanding of macro-level business IT needs.
