The single biggest difference between this role and a typical sales job: you will never dial a cold number, not once, at any point in your time here.
Why That Matters
Cold calling is exhausting and inefficient — you're spending most of your energy on people who never asked to hear from you. Here, every client you speak with already reached out asking for information about life insurance. Your entire job is guiding that existing interest toward a decision, which fundamentally changes the tone and success rate of every conversation you have.
How the Work Actually Flows
You'll work through a queue of warm leads by phone or Zoom, using our access to more than 60 insurance carriers to help each family find coverage that actually fits their situation and budget. You'll track your daily activity and stay consistent with production goals — some calls close same-day, others need a follow-up, and both are a normal part of the process.
Getting You Ready
We built our training assuming zero prior insurance experience. You'll learn the fundamentals of different policy types, how to structure a conversation that feels natural rather than scripted, and how to handle the objections and questions that come up regularly. A mentor supports you through your first live calls and beyond.
Compensation
New reps typically close $800 to $1,200 per sale. Realistic year-one totals:
- Part-time: $50,000+
- Full-time: $80,000 to $300,000+
Both figures are fully uncapped — there's no ceiling on production or pay — and additional performance-based incentives are available on top of standard commission.
Who Gets Hired
We prioritize coachable people over polished résumés. If you're willing to follow a proven process and show up consistently, your background matters much less than your willingness to learn.
