Job Title: Recruiter (Remote – LATAM-based, EST Hours
Salary Range: $1100/month (USD)

Location: Remote (must be fluent in English and available during EST core hours)

What You’ll Do- Own the full-cycle recruitment process for U.S.-based roles
- Source proactively using various platforms (Workable, LinkedIn, Indeed, job boards etc.)
- Post jobs, screen candidates, and schedule interviews
- Keep Workable updated and organized daily
- Maintain candidate pipelines and track recruitment KPIs - Hire 10 on call techs per week
- Provide a positive and timely candidate experience
- Suggest improvements in job ads, interview questions, or sourcing strategies
- 12 interviews per day as the expected daily activity
Requirements
- 2+ year of recruiting experience with U.S.-based roles. If you do not have experience hiring for 1099 contractors massively in the US, we recommend you to not apply.
- Hands-on experience with Workable ATS preferred
- Comfortable talking on the phone, at least 12 value calls per day to hire 10 techs minimum per week
- Familiarity with Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Calendar, Sheets, Docs)
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Highly proactive and resourceful—someone who doesn’t wait to be told what to do
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- English C1-C2
