Our best reps book 3–7 appointments a day. If you're coachable and consistent, you will get paid every single week.
WHAT YOU’LL DOAs a Growth Campaign Advisor, you’re not cold-calling off random names. You’ll be driving farming our inbound leads, local business interest, and business that are newly registered and scheduling calls for your Sales Manager to close.
Follow up with warm leads from paid ads and partner channels
Book qualified appointments with decision-makers
Send follow-up emails, texts, and calendar invites
Track activity and progress in CRM
Assist senior closers in prepping and following up on calls
Learn the ropes until you're ready to close your own deals
A sharp English speaker with sales instincts or marketing hustle
Comfortable using Zoom, Google Suite, and CRMs like Hubspot or Salesforce
Have a stable internet connection (50+ Mbps) and headset
Professional, organized, and wired to win
Bonus if you have fitness industry experience or a performance-first mindset
