We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrative Staff to join our team remotely. This role is ideal for individuals based in the Philippines who are proficient in English and Tagalog, and have access to a reliable computer and internet connection.
✅ Responsibilities:Manage and respond to emails and internal messages promptly
Maintain digital filing systems and organize company documents
Coordinate meeting schedules and calendar management
Assist in preparing reports, spreadsheets, and presentations
Perform data entry and basic record-keeping tasks
Support HR or finance departments with administrative needs
Track and follow up on project deadlines and team tasks
Communicate effectively with team members and external partners
Based in the Philippines
Own a computer/laptop with stable internet access
Proficient in English and Tagalog (both spoken and written)
Basic knowledge of MS Office, Google Workspace, or similar tools
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
Prior admin or virtual assistant experience is a plus
Fixed monthly salary of USD 300
