- Lead the development of equipment maintenance strategies.
- Analyse data and provide actionable recommendations.
- Conduct root cause analysis for incidents and drive continuous improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective maintenance strategies.
- Actively participate in capital projects, providing reliable input to engineering groups.
- Should have 5 to 10 years of experience working as a Reliability Engineer, preferably with a marine background.
- Strong analytical and electro-mechanical skills.
- Excellent communication abilities and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Proficiency in (advanced) data analytics/algorithms.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with vessels and vessel management.
